File Types, File Conversions and Linked Images and Documents:

Here are some of the file types we can use: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .INDD, .PSD, .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .DOC, .PUB, .XLS  or .PNG

We are PC based and support most Microsoft® (Word®, Publisher®, Excel®) and Adobe® (Illustrator®, Photoshop®, InDesign®, or Acrobat®) file formats.  However, to avoid font problems, you should send your files in one of the following formats: Illustrator® AI or EPS format (with outlined or embedded fonts) or high resolution PDF or JPG file formats.  While we have over 2,000 fonts, we may not have all the exact font(s) you have in your documents, for this reason we may ask you to send us any fonts that are in your document that we do not have.

Also, if your documents have “linked” image or photo files, please send us those images or digital photographs individually when you place your order so we can link to the images or photographs to your document before printing.  If the images or photographs are embedded in your documents you may not need to send the image or photograph files.  High resolution JPG, JPEG or PDF files usually provide good results.  Please note that if you are creating a PDF file from an Adobe® software, please be sure to convert your fonts to outlines before saving as PDF.  If you have any questions, please contact us at (919) 772-3230 or Toll Free: 1-866-My Best 1, or you may email us at Info@BestPrintandCopy.com
